Hot Salad

I realize that you are somewhat of an old fashioned man.  That’s part of your charm.  You like to do things the right way, following all appropriate customs.  However, when we sit the kids down to lunch *outside* to have a quick and easy lunch of HOT DOGS THAT YOU HOLD IN YOUR HAND, LIKE ON BUNS it would please the house mum if you’d kindly not serve them on plates. Basically, we’re having a picnic.   Four plates, completely unnecessary.   If you want to serve lunch on plates, try something like mac and cheese, and bring them inside.  Make it worth the dishes in the sink.
